3 delicious mocktails both kids and adults can enjoy GAPS/PALEO/SCD/AIP

New Year’s Eve is rapidly approaching and with it more opportunities to party! Whether you are straightedge, abstaining from alcohol as part of your resolutions for health and wellness, or you are simply looking for something fun to serve the younger crowd these drinks will surely help you feel festive and put you in the party mood!

Apple Ginger Fizz ~ Serves 1
A smidge of Ginger – freshly pressed
1/3 cup Apple Juice – freshly pressed or cider
Fill glass with Sparkling Water – We love Perrier
Enjoy!

Sparkling Cherry Spritzer ~ Serves 1
1/3 cup Just Cherry Juice – or you could try Blueberry or Rasberry for a different twist
Fill glass with Sparkling Water – Perrier or other
Squeeze 1/4 Lime into glass
Drink up!

Hot MockToddy ~ Serves 4-6
1/4 cup Loose Leaf Tea – Black or Rooibos are our favorites
2 cups Apple Juice -freshly pressed or cider
10 Whole Cloves – or 12 drops Clove Essential Oil
1 Ceylon Cinnamon Stick
1 Lemon – sliced into chunks or 12 drops Lemon Essential Oil
8 cups Water
1/4 cup Honey
Simmer all ingredients in a pot for 20 minutes
Strain into mugs
Sip and savor!
