This was the first GAPS meal I ever made when we tried going through intro for the first time four years ago. Back then I didn’t understand exactly how the diet worked and we were unsuccessful at seeing it through, but the soup was awesome. When we started GAPS again for the second time I quickly realized how valuable this “recipe” was whether I was in a time crunch, not feeling great or just did not want to have to do a ton of prep work.

Now this recipe is so simple it is almost too easy to even call it a recipe, but it is delicious and anytime you find a real-foods meal that takes 30 minutes from start to finish is a winner in by book! I hope you enjoy!
